**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain and develop professional relationships with prospects with the purpose of understanding and meeting the customers’ needs within the bounds of contracted scope.
- Responsible for business development activities for prospects to support the business strategy defined by leadership. Should also design the GTM strategies for Service Sales in SA and SR.
- Develops bid opportunities, prepares bid responses, participates in negotiating with potential customers and maintains customer relationships to win projects.
- Identifies potential prospects to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services in order to create new client base and increase sales.
- Educates prospects and advises the product line, addressing resistance in order to develop business.
- Supports the management team representative on target accounts or territories. Maintains personal pipeline and customer log. Hunting for opportunities.
- Usage of SFDC CRM for self and for review with the team on KPIs defined by the organization.
- CRM data hygiene and data accuracy of the business should be maintained.
- Follow Sales Manager Cadence of review mechanism and interaction with the team.
- Should review Seller productivity and analyze performance coach and mentor underachievers.
- Responsible for Order, Gross Margin for the Business.
- The sales Manager is also responsible for the Sales Agreement terms on Payment, Delivery and should ensure Compliance.

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- Experienced (4+ years exp) proven track record of leading teams.
- Experienced in managing a team of primarily entry and intermediate service sales professionals.
- Able to Set day-to-day goals and objectives for team members.
- Explain policies, practices, and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize data from various sources in both graphic and verbal format, while easily translating them to the target audience
- Effective communication, negotiation skills and customer focus
- Advanced skills with Microsoft, CRMs and other sales related platforms like Salesforce.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities
- Finds opportunities to continuously improve and enhance satisfaction.
