**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
Responsible for Hondurasa results in sales, volume, units and kilos. Additionally, ensuring the right use of the D&A and S&D resources of the P&L. The purpose of this role is to lead the commercial distributor relationship, ensuring that it aligns with the commercial and strategic guidelines of PepsiCo to reach AOP. The scope of the role is the nutrition business unit across the country in all distribution channels and all categories.

**Your Impact**:
As 3PD Sales Sr Leader your responsibilities would consist of
- Lead the commercial relationship with the distributor in the country, being the main point person amont Distributor and Quaker in the event of any problem on both sides, handling it in a way that allows a long-term commercial relationship.
- Responsible for compliance of the AOP for each year, in terms of Factory Sales and Field Sales, with the accountability to make short-term decisions, provide consultation and execute actions.
- Lead the agenda implemented by Quaker in Honduras, to obtain objectives of win Share of market, being responsible for ensuring that the agenda is met. Faculty to provide consulting and implement action plans.
- Responsible for meeting the target of the commercial budget (D&A and S&D) for the year, through assigned control and monitoring tools, with the accountability to decide, inform to Quaker and execute actions. This includes the 3PD's budget control and also of the accounts of Walmart and Pricesmart. Responsible of the Business investments tools and the CECO & accounts based on expenses taxonomy, through the follow up of invoices, debit and Credit notes, and control supporting.
- Leading the Quaker productivity agenda in the different processes involved the distributor: stales, damaged goods, price lists, among others. Faculted to make decisions, inform, provide advice, and ensure the actions execution. Accountability for Support to the management of Outsourcing personnel, providing training, and assigning growth objectives.
- Lead the accounts payable and accounts receivable agenda among Quaker and the distributor. Empowered to decide improvements in the process, provide consulting and inform to Quaker for any deviations against the targets.
- Lead the building of a Culture agenda, being responsible for the implementation of the Distributor's Management Model homologated across NCAM oriented to operate based on KPIs and KPRs.

Qualifications:

- University Studies, preference in commercial area (MBA is desired)

**Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) companies.
- Experience to manage business models through third party distribution (3PD)
- Agility to work under pressure and high capacity for teamwork.

- Ability to solve problems

Ability to make presentations to sales team and senior audiences.
