Implement Segments Strategies: Develop and execute marketing strategies for affluent, mass affluent, and wealth management clientele.
Manage Customer Lifecycle: Design marketing initiatives that span the entire customer lifecycle, from branding and awareness to acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Manage Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute impactful integrated marketing campaigns tailored to respective segments, managing budgets, timelines, and ROI analysis.
Communicate with Stakeholders: Present strategies, initiatives and performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
Oversee Omni
- channel Marketing: Implement consistent and engaging marketing communication strategies across all touchpoints, with a strong focus on digital channels.
Develop Customer Value Propositions: Create compelling CVPs across various segments to attract and retain clients.
Collaborate Cross
- functionally: Work closely with Business teams, Product marketing, Marcom, and internal operations teams to align segment strategies with business objectives.
Manage Client Engagement: Oversee bespoke events, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase customer acquisition, revenue, and wallet share.
Use Customer Insights & Analytics: Translate customer needs, behaviors, and trends into effective marketing strategies and compelling CVPs.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Client Engagement: Proven track record in managing client engagement activities to boost acquisition, revenue, and wallet share.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the banking industry, wealth management, and current market trends.
Experience: 10+ years in marketing with 5+ years in a leadership role, in the banking or financial services industry.
Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field. MBA or other relevant post
- graduate qualification preferred.
Marketing Strategy: Proven success in developing and executing omni
- channel segment marketing strategies, creating compelling CVPs that attract and retain clients.
Analytics: Strong analytical skills with a data
- driven approach to decision
- making.
