Account Specialist

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Research, identify, recruit and prioritize potential business deals — ultimately negotiating favorable terms as well as long-term relationships;
- Research, identify and report market and customer trends;
- Liaise with global business units to maximize overall Company sales opportunities;
- Coordinating the contract terms with affiliates;
- Negotiate with Affiliate’s to earn the best condition;
- Support affiliates with integration issues;
- Solve all potential issues to have final results to increase volumes;
- Working in accordance to Senior expectations and guidelines;
- Providing all reports and completing tasks in target time as instructed by the direct manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Business, Business administration, Marketing, Communication and related field degree;
- Proficient knowledge of modern office procedures;
- Proficient English verbal and written skills.
- Having experience and relationship with Non-endemic and Endemic brands (Games/ Esports industry), locally and internationally.
- Having experience in working with KOL & talent agencies
- Proven working experience in commerce field
- Understanding and having experience in the eSports and Gaming industry
- Passionate to lead and win in Sales
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers
- Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

**Salary**: 9,300,000₫ - 13,950,000₫ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hà Nội: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
