MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Monitor the hotel’s e-commerce strategies that are being implemented
- Manage promotion on hotel booking angine from time to time
- Manage rate, room inventory changes and ensure maximum profitability.
- Ensure rate parity among ota channels
- Manage OTAs listing, surveys and follow/ participate in the latest promotions
- Maintain and extend OTA potential list.
- Daily management of hotel online presence on various Online Travel Agent websites
- Do market survey, analyze competitons and follow/ participate in the promotions of OTA
- Open and close the availability as and when required of hotel in all OTA channels and hotel website
- Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution.
- Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
- Create and observe monthly rolling demand calendar of each nationality.
- Accompany with DOSM to ensue all target market segments are developed for long term.
- Handle daily correspondences, respond to inquiries and review/monitor the daily reservations.
- Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Prepare daily pick-up, weekly report, analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
- Process all cancellations and modifications and processes charges according to hotel’s cancellation policy.
- Assist sales department with any request pertaining to room reservation including create reservation in PMS
- Prepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.
- Review room blocking for long stay, Special group request etc
- Assist with checking room availability when required
- Coordinate with Front Office team with all reservation special request, repeats guest, VIP guest and ensure special note from guest fulfill within hotel scope and handling them well.
- Close coordination with Marcom for contents and other promotional campaigns, materials in all channels.
- Perform all other funtions as maybe required by the DOSM or GM

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Education level: Bachelor's degree
- Have at least 5 years of experience in the position at a hotel or resort.
- Good English communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- Know how to use smile software.
