**Overview**:
The E-commerce Manager Cum Revenue role is a dual-focused position responsible for managing the hotel’s online presence and distribution channels while driving revenue optimization strategies. This individual will play a critical role in aligning digital marketing efforts with revenue management goals to maximize profitability and online brand visibility.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. E-commerce Management**:
Manage the hotel’s website, online booking platforms, and third-party distribution channels to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and online revenue performance.
Maintain accurate and compelling content on all online channels, including promotions, room descriptions, and imagery.
Build and manage partnerships with OTAs, meta-search engines, and other digital partners.
**2. Revenue Management**:
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize room revenue, occupancy, and market share.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
Work closely with the Revenue team to optimize distribution and yield management across all channels.
Analyze booking patterns, business trends, and market data to forecast demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare detailed revenue reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
**3. Integration of E-commerce and Revenue Strategies**:
Align e-commerce initiatives with revenue management goals to create a cohesive strategy for driving profitability.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop online campaigns and promotions that support revenue objectives.
Leverage digital tools and analytics to enhance pricing, distribution, and marketing effectiveness.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Revenue Management, Hospitality, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and/or revenue management within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, distribution channels, and revenue optimization.
Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), channel managers, and revenue management systems (RMS).
Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, OTA Insight, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
