- Administrative Tasks:
- Receiving and delivering dental products.
- Making warranty cards.
- Writing invoices.
- Purchasing, importing, exporting, and shipping.
- Communicating with dentists about their orders.
- Monitoring and pushing technicians to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Approving payments for production-related costs (printing, outsourcing, etc.).
- Periodically updating customer lists, contact information, technical requirements, and customer-related information.
- Customer Care and Response:
- Regularly communicating with customers and gathering feedback on products and services.
- Sending information and introducing new programs to customers.
- Notifying customers of changes in sales personnel or contact points.
- Sending monthly debt reminder notices.
- Reporting:
- Preparing daily reports on the number of orders, missed deadlines, remakes, and reasons.
- Business Development:
- Visiting business partners.
- Visiting long-term receivable customers.
- Delivering debit notes.
- Conducting market research through Google or Facebook.
- Creating quantity and specific gravity files for each prosthesis manufactured.
