+ Mô tả công việc:

- Lập kế hoạch Trade MKT phù hợp với customer's insight, hành trình trải nghiệm khách hàng theo từng chiến dịch để tăng lượt tương tác của người tiêu dùng và tần xuất sử dụng trên app;
- Đo lường hiệu quả hoạt động của các chương trình. Đề xuất giải pháp, hướng xử lý cho chương trình hoặc hoạt động tiếp theo;
- Nghiên cứu, thu thập và phân tích thông tin thị trường, nắm bắt xu hướng tiêu dùng của người tiêu dùng để xem xét và đưa ra chương trình phù hợp, đúng thời điểm;
- Kết hợp cùng phòng MKT triển khai các chương trình, hoạt động nhằm nhận diện thương hiệu, tăng thị hiếu người tiêu dùng;
- Xây dựng kế hoạch thúc đẩy các hoạt động cho người tiêu dùng đối với từng nhóm khách hàng trên nền tảng đã có sẵn;
- Phân tích, phát triển, triển khai, thực hiện, kiểm soát và đánh giá các chính sách thương mại, khuyến mãi;
- Phối hợp với các nhãn hàng để xây dựng các chương trình khuyến mãi bán hàng và truyền thông sản phẩm nhằm thu hút người tiêu dùng thực hiện hành động trên nền tảng có sẵn;
- Hỗ trợ điều phối các hoạt động của MKT triển khai nhằm thu hút người tiêu dùng, và tăng hiệu quả cạnh tranh trên thị trường;
- Quản lý, xây dựng chương trình phù hợp theo ngân sách của Trade MKT;
- Quản lý user, tìm các giải pháp để tạo tương tác giữa user và nền tảng hiện có;
- Báo cáo định kỳ cho quản lý trực tiếp.

+ Yêu cầu:

- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm về Trade Marketing trong lĩnh vực ví điện tử, bán lẻ, thương mại điện tử;
- Có các kỹ năng về Marketing căn bản
- Phân tích số liệu, đưa ra được đánh giá và định hướng theo thị trường;
- Kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý, kiểm soát khối lượng công việc cũng như nhân lực;
- Có kiến thức trong lĩnh vực bán lẻ, xu hướng tiêu dùng.
