- Builds relationships and effectively influence key stakeholders to shape EC digital & media strategic decisions and projects and ultimately improve customer engagement and sales conversion.
- Analyses monthly reports of EC Digital & Media performance, investigate issues when appropriate and works closely with cross functional internal teams to provide solutions and drive growth.
- Provides creative directions for online promotions and campaigns.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Over 5 years working experience in E-commerce industry, related to FMCG products in eCommerce industry, must have proven experience in Digital & Media field
