**A. JOB PURPOSE**:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Marous strategies.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Managing Total reward, recruitment, disciplinary action, organization development, learning & development and selection process

**B. CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**1. HR Strategies and Operation**:
Proposing human resource strategy including human resource development strategy, salary bonus & recruitment, training to the Board of Directors.
Review, approve, and submit to the board of directors about HR policies. Guide and supervise HR team in the implementation of the established policies.

**2. Organizational Development**:
Developing & Optimizing company organizational structure.
Establishing a formation of Job Level, Job Title, and competence dictionary.
Establishing and deploying Performance management process/ KPI.
Establishing and developing Succession planning, Talent Mapping.
Designing and supervising Employee Engagement Survey, Employee Satisfaction Survey.

**3. Recruitment & Training**:
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Review recruitment needs, plan manpower and oversee recruitment campaigns.
Participate in the selection of senior positions.
Approve salary package for assigned level.
4. Total Reward
Monitors the job market, the modern trends in the compensation and finds the best practice for the implementation in the organization
Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies
Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
5. Employee Relation & Working Environment
Nurture a positive working environment as Marous core values.
Strengthen the employer-employee relationship through resolving workplace issues.
Handling discipline at senior management levels or important cases
Review, approve company activities plan such as company trip, team building, yearend party, etc.
Builds and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management
6. Team Management
Develops the successor and team members
Develop a professional and high-performance team organization and policies.
Suggest training tools to enhance team members performance and skill development.
7. Social, environment accountability & Other
Training team in social and environmental issues material to our company or its mission incorporate explicitly social and environmental performance with department operation
Review performance formally incorporate social and environmental issues

Experienced in the management level (HRD/ Senior HRM Role). Prefer F&B Retail Background with high customer service Mindset
