Developing and implementing the hospitals strategic vision, goals, and objectives in alignment with the organizations mission.
- Overseeing the hospitals financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, revenue generation, cost control, and financial reporting. Ensuring the hospitals financial stability and sustainability.
- Supervising and directing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including clinical services, administrative functions, facility management, patient care, and support services.
- Promoting a culture of quality and patient safety, monitoring and improving clinical outcomes, implementing evidence-based practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, community organizations, government agencies, and healthcare industry partners.
- Recruiting and retaining qualified personnel, fostering a positive work environment, providing leadership and guidance to department heads, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Representing the hospital in the local community, participating in community outreach programs, and promoting health education and awareness initiatives.
- Identifying and managing potential risks, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and maintaining effective policies and procedures to protect patients, staff, and the organization.

A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is typically required. Significant executive-level experience in healthcare administration or hospital management is essential. Previous experience in a leadership role, such as a chief operating officer (COO) or a senior executive in a hospital, is highly valued.Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and challenges. Excellent financial acumen and business management skills. Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
