**Job Description**:
The Delivery Director will be required to oversee software development and operations of client accounts with 50-200+ staff. They will be responsible for the success of client engagement, people development, project delivery and software development practices on a daily basis. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam with travel required to US client locations as needed.***

**_Key responsibilities_**
- Manage the daily running of client's accounts, including nurturing of client relationship, managing engineering teams to ensure the service delivery globally
- Create and present the software development proposals to existing clients or prospects
- Grow the engineering team via hiring, training and developing people

**Qualifications**:

- Client's champion skills via great business acumen, consulting, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Competent software engineering practices for a full lifecycle of a software product development
- Good people management skills which includes hiring, coaching, developing, and engaging people to support the growth of the business
- Experience managing 50 to 200-person team or deliver annual revenue of more than one or multiple million dollars
- Excellent spoken and written communication (English and Vietnamese)
