**Job Description**:

- Learning & Development Coordinator for country
- Work closely with BTC-ASEAN and support for corporate standard trainings
- Implement and follow up country standard trainings that are aligned with Bosch objectives
- Support to develop country initiatives related to Learning & Development and Leadership Collaboration topics, and main in-charge to implement afterward such as Coaching & Mentoring community, leadership initiative/project for TDP participants
- Observe the success of current Development programs at countrywide level and recommend improvements that help associates address learning and development opportunities utmost
- Provide training logistics arrangement and on-site support for Country standard, corporate standard training based on global training measures and local trainings in Bosch Vietnam (if required)
- Arrange payment on behalf of locations for trainer fees, and other required logistic expenses related to training, including but is not limited to training venue, tea-break, printing, transportation, stationeries, visa making fee, and other relevant expenses, and charge back to locations
- Other ad-hoc tasks/campaign related to L&D for Vietnam and region if required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Business, Commercial or Human Resources Management
- 4-5 years working experience in Learning & Development function of multinational corporations
- Experience in designing skill is a plus
- Mandatory: English & Vietnamese
- Standard software (especially MS Excel, MS Power Point, Words)
- Experience with PowerBI is a big plus
- Proficient knowledge of Training & Development Process and effectiveness measurement
- Positive, co-operative, out-going, responsible and open-minded person
- Customer oriented attitude, growth and continuous improvement mindset
- Good team player
- Willingness to learn by taking more responsibility if so required
