- Devise and implement marketing and admissions strategies and operational plans to recruit students for Broward College Vietnam

- The post holder manages the marketing team.

- Develop strategic and budget plans for both marketing and recruitment activities to ensure the marketing and recruitment targets are met.

(Lập kế hoạch chiến lược và ngân sách cho các hoạt động marketing và tuyển sinh để đảm bảo đạt được các kết quả được giao)
- Supervise the marketing team to execute the overall plan and evaluation of all activities including PR, marketing, on and off-campus activities, direct sales, tele-sales and consulting students and parents.

- Be responsible for all marketing channels to maximize the generation of leads and conversion rate of prospective students.

- Hold lead responsibility for liaison with over departments and divisions regarding mobilizing resources for PR, marketing and recruitment activities.

- Build and develop marketing and supervise the performance of each individual staff.

- Create a strong, effective and productive working environment for the whole team.
