- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy included branding and online to offline (O2O) strategy to raise brand awareness on online and maximize purchase at offline channel throughout online channels.
- Plan and manage digital marketing budget.
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels; measure ROI and KPIs.
- Plan and implement overall social media strategy for all accounts.
- Work closely with brand team to build up go to market (GTM) strategy; media touchpoints, way of approach, latest digital trends.
- Track and measure SEO and google Analytics metrics and provide reports; manage all digital asset of the company.
- Developed and managed the entire digital strategy and campaigns (Media plan, social plan, google ads, Chatbot, Website) to increase online sale performance of the company.
- Responsible for phasing, planning, and budgetary control of all digital marketing channels to maintain and improve offline sales for all distribution station across Vietnam.
- Expertise in marketing for devising strategies and implementing campaigns to build, maintain and expand brand awareness of new brands and re-branding.
- Worked closely with agencies/stakeholders/service outsources to optimize digital campaign and measure campaign performance to keep the margin on track.
- Work closely with creative team: to brainstorm, optimize banner, campaign message, campaign theme to maximize click-through rate and brand awareness.
- Worked with Facebook team to develop and launch
- Manage and train the rest of the team; stay up to date with latest technology and best practices.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar; A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- At least 2-3 years' experience as a marketing manager.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Fluently communication in English. Chinese is a plus.
