About the job Analyze market trends, and customers demands to identify growth opportunities & trade lane growth strategies Drive the overall VN - EU, VN-US, VN-APAC Trade lane development program in alignment with countries management & local sales force Conducting joint-visits with local Sales & Products to support business growth; customer retention or specific sales & marketing campaign. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution on trade lane activities. Identify and target potential clients within key IVs that have sourcing activities in Vietnam Collaborate with HWL Overseas to develop sales strategies & design tailored solutions that specifically caters clients’ needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of clients’ business with HWL Build and grow long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Global/Regional Verticals organization to increase business opportunities. Serve as the main contact point in VN for IVs focused clients; analyze the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to position HWL as a preferred logistics partner for IV clients Stay updated on IVs trends, logistics market’s demand & supply Global/Regional Verticals Trade Lane Sales organization Management team of VN and partnered countries
- commercial strategy planning & execution Products & operations: solution design, pricing strategy & business implementation Pricing/TM/Procurement - market intelligence exchange; align for selling strategy; co-sales visits. Sales Support - Obtain pricing info; business implementation and SOP adherence; data provision on related performance measurement Country KAM - Sharing knowledges and Sales activities across specific IV. Legal - Contractual Review and Compliance Finance - Support DSO & DPO procedures. About you We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need: Sales experience in global freight forwarding / logistics industry is preferred Proficiency in English & Vietnamese (all skills) Business development: able to successfully set up & drive business plan Relationship management: able to manage cross-functional interfaces Intercultural communication: able to drive effective communication across cultural lines Leadership: to lead by example, lead stakeholders and lead the business In-depth knowledge: about global trade, supply chain models, logistics & transportation Take a look at your benefits Staff Benefits Attractive staff benefits, company events to engage and foster employee well-being.
