Sales:

- Lập kế hoạch và đi thăm khách hàng mỗi ngày.
- Chuẩn bị cho buổi thăm nhằm đạt được doanh số bán hàng thành công và triển khai chiến dịch marketing hiệu quả.
- Tăng doanh số bán vào (tại nhà phân phối) và bán ra (tại cửa hàng).
- Nhận đơn đặt hàng từ khách hàng.
- Theo dõi hiệu suất bán hàng của khách hàng để tư vấn cho họ.
- Đảm bảo các nhà bán lẻ tuân theo chính sách của công ty.
- Thực hiện các hỗ trợ bán hàng do công ty cung cấp (khuyến mãi, mẫu thử, combo...)
- Tìm kiếm khách hàng mới.
- Nâng cao nhận diện thương hiệu.
- Theo dõi doanh số bán sản phẩm theo mã (số lượng SKU mà khách hàng bán được).

Đào Tạo:

- Đào tạo các nhà bán lẻ và nhân viên tư vấn bán hàng về sản phẩm và thương hiệu của Minthacare.
- Tư vấn và lên kế hoạch đào tạo.
- Hỗ trợ và phối hợp các lớp đào tạo giữa công ty và các nhà bán lẻ.
- Cung cấp cho các nhà bán lẻ tài liệu đào tạo do công ty sản xuất.
- Giữ cho nhân viên tư vấn bán hàng có động lực tư vấn các sản phẩm.

Trưng bày hàng hóa:

- Thực hiện và tuân theo kế hoạch trưng bày và chính sách bán hàng.
- Đảm bảo việc trưng bày sản phẩm được thực hiện.
- Thiết lập cách trưng bày để tăng khả năng hiển thị trong các cửa hàng.
- Thiết lập các công cụ bán hàng do phòng marketing sản xuất trong cửa hàng (wobbler, kệ...).
- Thay thế tester và mẫu thử nếu cần thiết.

Marketing:

- Thực hiện chiến dịch Marketing do công ty chuẩn bị.
- Giới thiệu cho khách hàng và triển khai chiến dịch Marketing.
- Sử dụng các công cụ do công ty cung cấp.
- Tôn trọng và tuân theo hình ảnh và ngôn ngữ thương hiệu.
- Tham gia vào việc Phát triển hình ảnh thương hiệu.

Báo cáo:

- Báo cáo hoạt động thực tế và thông tin thu thập được trên thị trường (thăm viếng, khách hàng, doanh số bán hàng).
- Báo cáo thông tin cần thiết về thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh.

Sự Kiện:

- Hỗ trợ nhóm trong việc phối hợp các sự kiện.
- Triển khai các sự kiện và hoạt động với khách hàng của bạn (lớp học thử, phân tích da...)

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí Sales Representatives / Sales Executives tại ngành hàng tiêu dùng nhanh (MT Channel), Chăm sóc sức khỏe, Mỹ phẩm
- Kỹ năng đàm phán, giao tiếp, bán hàng quản lý nhóm, phân tích, lập kế hoạch, quản lý thời gian
- Linh hoạt, chăm chỉ, chịu được áp lực công việc, am hiểu kênh bán lẻ
