1. Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of fashion associates.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

2. Operational Excellence:

- Ensure the smooth operation of the fashion department, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Implement and enforce store policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall store operations.
- Manage scheduling and staffing levels to meet business needs.

3. Customer Service:

- Uphold the brand's commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and coach team members to provide personalized styling and fashion advice to customers.

4. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to optimize sales performance.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling of high-end fashion products.

5. Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and coordinate replenishment orders.
- Implement effective markdown and discount strategies to manage inventory effectively.

6. Visual Merchandising:

- Ensure that visual merchandising displays and layouts align with the brand's image and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create compelling product displays.

7. Compliance and Loss Prevention:

- Enforce store security and loss prevention protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree-related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the high-end fashion retail industry.
- Strong understanding of high-end fashion trends and products.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
