SALES AND CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
- Conduct in-store and/or remote selling activities, serving as a personal shopper.
- Effectively promote products by addressing clients' needs, delivering a memorable experience, and adhering to the brand method:

- Initiate contact with customers, offering a warm welcome both at the counter and through proactive traffic engagement.
- Identify and understand customers' requirements.
- Showcase personalized product offerings, providing impeccable service. Recommend complementary products across categories and embrace a holistic beauty approach.
- Communicate passionately, educating clients about the brand and products.
- Achieve retail sales targets (in-store and remote) and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Master Brand, Category, and Competition Knowledge.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Foster lasting relationships with existing clients, both in-store and remotely.
- Engage with new clients authentically, cultivating genuine human interactions.
- Record clients' data in the dedicated system, ensuring accessibility, and execute all CRM and clienteling activities.
- Utilize content and tools (Connect & Ipos) to boost traffic, build client loyalty, and implement strategic actions.

COUNTER OPERATIONS
- Understand and implement merchandising guidelines.
- Regularly monitor stock levels, promptly reporting insufficient stock.
- Manage shelf inventory and introduce new products as needed (if applicable).
- Operate cash registers and reconcile daily revenues (if applicable).
- Execute all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Foster positive relationships with retailers.
- Adhere to corporate and counter rules, including attendance, punctuality, and grooming guidelines.

**Job Requirements**:
WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Preferably possess prior professional experience in the retail or service industry, with an ideal focus on luxury (minimum of 1 year).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving outstanding retail results and experience working within a luxury retail environment.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS:

- Ideally, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a specialization from a beauty school.
- Proven experience in sales or selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with fluency in the "local language.
