**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Empower the Creative and Engineering teams by developing automation tools to optimize workflows and processes
- Continuously audit and refine the creative pipeline to identify improvements opportunities
- Act as a bridge between Creative and Engineering teams to realize the vision of the game
- Work closely with Artists and Engineers to bring assets into Unity, including asset export and validation, managing texture atlases, and integration
- Contribute to high-level technical discussions with Engineers, Product, and Production teams
- Provide hands-on support to Artists and Engineers with regard to asset performance and validation
- Optimize content for memory and performance gains while maintaining our high standards for user experience
- Create and maintain technical documentation to be used by Artists and Engineers
- Share recommendations and best-practices with Artists and Engineers
- General asset management

QUALIFICATIONS

**Must-have**:

- 3+ years’ experience developing tools/plug-ins, ideally in the video game industry
- Excellent knowledge of C#
- Excellent knowledge of Unity
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible. Very organized; you will be juggling multiple projects and priorities
- Good English, both written and spoken. Good communication skills to work with a variety of internal stakeholders

**Nice-to-have**:

- Working knowledge of JavaScript/Python/Lua
- Working knowledge of CSS and Unity’s new UI Toolkit
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with HLSL/Shader Graph/Amplify Shader
- Experience working with source control
- Degree in relevant fields of game design/software engineering
- Passion for games or experience working in a gaming company
- Project management skills: ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and prioritize your work accordingly
- Energetic, proactive problem solver; does not wait for problems to arise but looks forward and identifies potential constraints and takes steps to de-risk early on
- Additional Notes: You may be expected to complete a test as a part of the interviewing procedure.
