**What We Can Offer**:
1. Responsible for the daily operation risk management in terms of procurement, supply chain, logistic, customs matters.
2. Handling and preparation of documents in terms of Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), Proforma Invoice (PI), Invoice, Bill of Landing, Letter of Credit (LC) and related to operations documents.
3. Liaises with forwarder/forwarding agent where to find related to shipment schedule arrangement etc. Ensure that client’s shipment period is performed as referred to the terms and conditions of all contracts.
4. Subject to dealing with forwarding agents/forwarder, shipment companies and Customs in order to deliver products/items to warehouse/site accordingly.
5. Procurement operations: to source, review and negotiations when doing products comparison and involves product/spare parts matching the procurement requirements.
6. Execute processes and deliverables that support internal team governance processes.
7. To support and assist to the Manager/Leader when handling with local law firms, external lawyers and regulatory agencies (if any).
8. This role will be participating in the compliance review, risks assessment of the company. Perform risk assessment verification to our rental customer.
9. Comply to standard operating procedure (SOP) and all documentations must be updated. Maintaining an effective filing and records system.
Other Duties
- Assist and support to overseas markets and business expansion etc.
- Updates a weekly, monthly reports and improvement plan etc."

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Logistic or equivalent.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision and independently.
- Result-oriented.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage.
