**About the job**:

- As a Senior AI Engineer at Aletech, you will take on a multifaceted role that requires a combination of technical prowess, effective communication, and team leadership. Your primary responsibilities include:

- **AI Camera Product Improvement**:

- Lead efforts to enhance image quality through advanced image processing and computer vision techniques.
- Develop algorithms for efficient object and plate number extraction from photos captured by AI cameras.
- Contribute to decision-making processes to improve the overall performance and functionality of the AI camera product.
- **Document Classification and Answer Generation**:

- Design and implement robust document classification models using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
- Contribute to decision-making systems based on document analysis.
- Develop algorithms for generating accurate and contextually relevant answers from classified documents.
- **Dynamic Dashboard Development and User Query Processing**:

- Spearhead the creation of dynamic dashboards, enabling users to input queries in natural language.
- Implement a robust system to understand user intent, transforming natural language queries into SQL commands.
- Execute SQL queries on our database, extracting relevant information to generate accurate and insightful answers for the user.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to craft an intuitive interface that enhances the user experience during the query and information retrieval process.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. or Master in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, with a focus on AI camera products, document classification, decision-making algorithms, and SQL generation.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in relevant AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with image processing, computer vision, and object recognition.
- Solid understanding of database systems and expertise in SQL.
- Familiarity with dashboard development tools and frameworks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for scalable and distributed AI systems.
- Experience with edge computing and optimization for resource-constrained environments.
