**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to drive the research and development of Generative AI models.
- Implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms and techniques, leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Conduct experiments and exploratory research to improve the performance, realism, and diversity of generated content.
- Explore novel architectures and approaches in Generative AI to tackle complex challenges and unlock new possibilities.
- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation to enhance model training.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and contribute to the AI community through research publications and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI, machine learning, computer vision, or natural language processing.
- Proven experience and expertise in Generative AI, demonstrated through impactful projects, research, or industry experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, neural networks, and generative models.
- Experience with computer vision techniques, NLP models, and relevant libraries.
- Solid knowledge of data preprocessing, data augmentation, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of AI models in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.
- Effective communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
