- **Education**

We believe that every child deserves the right to world-class holistic education.

Our journey began in Singapore as a small community initiative, running non-academic weekend activities targeted at children from vulnerable backgrounds. Since then, we have taught over 2,000 children through The Glyph Learning Journey Framework - coined IPO, which stands for the three components of learning (Indoor, People and Outdoor). In Singapore, we work with the government, schools, non-profits and corporations to bring these learning experiences closer to children who need them the most.

Now, we are looking to break new ground by bringing our unique pedagogy to the rest of Southeast Asia.

The Arena is a Mixed Martial Arts fight organiser and fighter management team that empowers Underdogs to accomplish their ambition of becoming professional athletes. It is a celebration of unorthodox talents pursuing greatness and striving to achieve their fullest potential in their passions.

- **Job Description: Marketing and Partnerships Associate / Sponsorships Associate**

**What You’ll be doing exactly

(**Marketing and Partnerships)**:
Identifying new marketing channels for customer acquisition & brand visibility
Conceptualizing branding/marketing message and angle
Designing and launching Digital Marketing campaigns (e.g. referral campaigns, promotions)
Sourcing for complementary partners
Marketing to corporates to offer enrollment in our centres as an employee benefit
Managing and growing our digital presence: Facebook, Instagram, Official Website
Photoshop/Illustrator design work for all collaterals; from websites, eDMs, banners, to promotional posters
Photography during programme and post-editing
Creating and editing of video content
Identifying and participating in relevant trade events

**(Sponsorships)**:
Preparing sponsorship pitch decks and proposals
Actively sourcing for potential corporates and future sponsorship deals
Selling sponsorship packages to corporates
Soliciting for in-kind sponsorships for the sale of merchandise
Formalizing plans and relevant partnerships for each project
Managing and growing our CRM of sponsors and their sponsorship history
Maintaining and renewing sponsorship engagements
