Internation Sales Support Executive

1. To be able to take place of sales staff in communicate and negotiate with foreigner customers to provide quotations, proposals and follow up export sales activities.
2. Be in charge in social media channels, E-commercial channels of company to find new markets/customers
3. Support Sales Manager/Director in build export sales plan and execute activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the company.
4. Support sales team proactively liaise with other departments to deploy information to relevant development of oversea orders
5. Support sales team to track the shipping of goods and flow of paperwork to ensure Customs clearances are obtained quickly and deliveries are made in good time.
6. To be in charge in preapring documents about: meeting with customer, briefings meeting, preliminary meeting, summarizing yearly meeting, data analysis, customer reports, sales report etc
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and monitoring contracts, delivery documents, progress of purchasing order on ERP and actual inventory situation.
2. Preparing and handling export documents including contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, delivery order, tracking of declaration of goods with customs...
4. Develop the target foreign market on social medial, E-commerce and seek relationship with potential customers as KPIs
5. To be in charge in maintaining records and documents such as related transaction letters, purchase orders, sets of documents, samples...
6. To be able to take place of sales staff in iesponsible for negotiating and signing contracts with international customers
7. To be in charge in making sales forecast, report of business results, customer debts, comparing and exported goods weekly, monthly with related departments.
8. Support sales team maintain good relations with existing customers and develop new customers to ensure incremental sales by seniority.
9. Together with sales team in develop customers according to the company’s orientation, long-term strategy and short-term goals.
10. Coordinate with other departments, factory to resolve the requirements of customers.
11. Updating information on legal documents related to export activities and solving unexpected issues.
12. Having knowledge about handling in foreign trade, export sales in plastic packaging is an advantage.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- University graduate majoring in Administration, marketing, Economic, Foreign trade, international trading, Import-Export, Logistics or related majors.
- At least 1 - 2years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of English 4 skills (speaking, listening and writing English in fluent is a must)
- GoodMicrosoft Office (Work, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) skills
- Proficient in using excel: create tracking form, data input, report, charts, VBA is a plus
- Other foreign language skill (Korean/Japan/Chinese) is a plus.
- Attitude: Highly responsible, Aggressive, Hard-working, Result-oriented.
- Male/Female, from 25 -35 years old
