**Trách nhiệm**: Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế và triển khai các giải pháp công nghệ CRM chi tiết nhằm tối ưu hóa quy trình kinh doanh, cải thiện trải nghiệm khách hàng, và nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của ngân hàng.
- Tương tác với các bộ phận liên quan (Sales, Marketing, Dịch vụ khách hàng, v.v.) để thu thập và phân tích yêu cầu kinh doanh. Xác định các mục tiêu và yêu cầu chính cho hệ thống CRM;
- Thiết kế chi tiết các quy trình CRM, bao gồm quản lý khách hàng, tự động hóa tiếp thị, quản lý cơ hội bán hàng, dịch vụ khách hàng và các hoạt động liên quan. Đảm bảo rằng các giải pháp thiết kế đáp ứng đầy đủ yêu cầu kinh doanh và phù hợp với chiến lược của tổ chức. Phác thảo và phát triển các mô hình dữ liệu, kiến trúc hệ thống và luồng công việc CRM;
- Thiết kế và quản lý việc tích hợp CRM với các hệ thống khác như CoreBank, CoreCard,..., các nền tảng tiếp thị, và các kênh giao tiếp khách hàng;
- Phối hợp với đội ngũ phát triển để chuyển đổi thiết kế thành mã code và giải pháp thực tế. Tham gia vào quá trình kiểm thử (FAT), triển khai và bảo trì hệ thống CRM sau khi đưa vào hoạt động;
- Tư vấn cho các bộ phận liên quan về cách tối ưu hóa việc sử dụng CRM. Đánh giá hiệu quả của các giải pháp CRM hiện tại và đề xuất các cải tiến;
- Xây dựng các tài liệu thiết kế chi tiết, tài liệu vận hành. Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình sử dụng hệ thống;
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp Quản lý.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học máy tính, Hệ thống thông tin quản lý, hoặc các ngành liên quan;
- Tối thiểu 7 năm (Chuyên gia)/5 năm (chuyên viên cao cấp)/3 năm (chuyên viên chính)/2 năm (chuyên viên) kinh nghiệm trong việc thiết kế và triển khai các giải pháp CRM. Kinh nghiệm làm việc với các nền tảng CRM phổ biến như Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, hoặc SAP CRM là một lợi thế;
- Am hiểu về công nghệ, đặc biệt là về các hệ thống CRM, cơ sở dữ liệu và tích hợp hệ thống;
- Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề xuất sắc;
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như phối hợp tốt trong nhóm;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và trình bày tốt, có khả năng làm việc với các bên liên quan khác nhau;
- Kỹ năng, kinh nghiệm và tư duy thiết kế hệ thống;
- Có tư duy AI first là một lợi thế;
- Kỹ năng Tiếng Anh cơ bản.
