**Mục đích công việc**:
Chịu trách nhiệm (i) Quản lý kiến trúc tổng thể cho các giải pháp công nghệ Quản lý quan hệ khách hàng (CRM - Customer relationship management); (ii) Thiết kế kiến trúc giải pháp cho các dự án công nghệ CRM theo định hướng kiến trúc chung của Ngân hàng.

**Trách nhiệm công việc**:

- Tư vấn Giám đốc giải pháp công nghệ CRM về lộ trình phát triển trung/ dài hạn cho các hệ thống giải pháp công nghệ CRM;
- Đưa ra phương án triển khai, mô hình tích hợp, Tech stacks và thực hiện thiết kế kiến trúc trong quá trình triển khai các dự án công nghệ CRM;
- Xây dựng/triển khai các quy trình và quy định quản lý kiến trúc, đảm bảo các hệ thống CNTT được triển khai, vận hành tuân thủ kiến trúc công nghệ;
- Tham gia phát triển và quản lý kiến trúc doanh nghiệp (Enterprise Architecture) đảm bảo phù hợp với chiến lược CNTT và chiến lược kinh doanh của VIB;
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp quản lý.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Khoa học Máy tính, Công nghệ thông tin hoặc các chuyên ngành tương đương;
- Tối thiểu 7 năm(chuyên gia)/5 năm (chuyên viên cao cấp)/3 năm (chuyên viên chính)/2 năm (chuyên viên) kinh nghiệm lĩnh vực kiến trúc giải pháp công nghệ trong ngân hàng, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm tham gia các dự án triển khai hệ thống CRM hoặc tham gia các dự án liên quan đến xây dựng các giải pháp chuyển đổi số ( Digital transformation);
- Kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm và nắm vững nền tảng công nghệ mới để đưa ra các tech stack trong quá trình triển khai giải pháp công nghệ mới;
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với các giải pháp công nghệ mới như Gen AI, Chat Bot/Call Bot/ Business Rule Engine (Low code/No-code), Ekyc, Video-Kyc, Digital scoring ;
- Kinh nghiệm sử dụng các nền tảng tích hợp doanh nghiệp như ESB, APIM, Open API của các hãng như IBM, Mulesoft, Tibco, WSO2;
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với các nền tảng công nghệ Clouds AWS, Azure,Google, hệ thống OLTP, hệ thống Data Warehouse, EDP, MDM ;
- Kinh nghiệm sử dụng các hệ thống tích hợp dữ liệu lớn realtime event stream (Kafka) hoặc theo batch (ETL/CDC);
- Am hiểu các sản phẩm ngân hàng, sản phẩm tài chính, kinh nghiệm thực hiện các dự án liên quan các giải pháp CRM trong ngân hàng, kiến thức về các quy trình truyền thông (Marketing), bán hàng (Sale) và dịch vụ khách hàng (Customer services);
- Hiểu biết sâu rộng về các hệ thống CRM như Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Adobe các hệ thống Martech và Data Analytics với kinh nghiệm triển khai trên nền tảng Cloud/Saas/Paas;
