**Mục đích công việc**:
Chịu trách nhiệm lập trình phần mềm Ứng dụng di động, Ứng dụng Web và các phần mềm ứng dụng khác trong CRM theo yêu cầu của nghiệp vụ kinh doanh; Đảm bảo phần mềm được lập trình có chất lượng, hiệu quả và tối ưu theo yêu cầu của kinh doanh và công nghệ.

**Trách nhiệm công việc**:

- Thực hiện lập trình các ứng dụng công nghệ CRM theo yêu cầu của nghiệp vụ kinh doanh;
- Tìm hiểu các giải pháp, công nghệ, ngôn ngữ lập trình mới để áp dụng trong công việc;
- Tham gia phát triển, vận hành và tích hợp các giải pháp thuộc phạm vi CRM;
- Tham gia xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật cho các ứng dụng thuộc phạm vi CRM;
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp Quản lý.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin;
- Tối thiểu 7 năm (Giám đốc/Chuyên gia)/ 5 năm (Chuyên viên cao cấp)/3 năm (Chuyên viên chính)/2 năm (Chuyên viên) kinh nghiệm phát triển giải pháp kỹ thuật CRM tại các ngân hàng hoặc công ty tài chính;
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với cơ sở dữ liệu: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL và và Webserver/Application server: IIS, IBM WebSphere portal, WebLogic, Tomcat;
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với các ngôn ngữ lập trình Objective C, Swift, Java, Kotline, Java Script hoặc React Native, C++, React; Cho Web: C#, Java, HTML/CSS, Javascript, XML, XPath, PL/SQL...;
- Kinh nghiệm tích hợp ứng dụng qua Ajax, JSON/REST, Web service APIs, tích hợp với các mạng xã hội
- Kinh nghiệm phát triển ứng dụng chạy đa nền tảng, lượng người dùng lớn, có kinh nghiệm tối ưu tốc độ và tăng cường tính bảo mật cho ứng dụng;
- Kỹ năng tư duy logic, tư duy phản biện, giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt;
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định hiệu quả;
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt;
- Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và cường độ cao;
- Có tư duy AI first là một lợi thế
- Kỹ năng Tiếng Anh căn bản.
