**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
2. Administrative Management (40%) Prepare and submit expense reports for both US and Vietnam offices to the HQ Accounting department. Oversee office rentals and maintain well organized office spaces in both locations. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave entitlements, and wellness programs. Coordinate company meetings, events, and business trips for executives. Handle tax filings and collaborate with insurance providers to ensure employee coverage. Manage bi monthly payroll processing using QuickBooks.
3. CRM and Invoice Management (20%) Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate resource allocation per Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA). Monitor project timelines, ensuring adherence to agreements. Track and follow up on overdue invoices to maintain efficient cash flow. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and follow up on client engagement plans.
Tools and Platforms Used: - Accounting and Payroll: QuickBooks, SAP Concur - Office Tools: Microsoft Office Suite - CRM and Resource Management: HubSpot, internal CRM
