Department Business Development and Partnerships- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - HanoiThe Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Generate and analyze sales volume forecasts based on historical data, market trends and customer behavior to facilitate decision-making and resource planning.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, sales reports and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making.
- Train and mentor junior sales support members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain and update customer databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to provide support in achieving sales objectives and resolving issues.
**Requirements**:
- University or College degree in Transport, Logistics, Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Supply Chain or E-Logistics is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
