HR Policy Development and Implementation:
- Ensure that HR policies are communicated effectively to all employees and consistently applied across Sweco Group.
- Deal with the union and protect the company&039;s interests.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations and group [A1] standards.
- Manage the liaison with the local authorities and ensure we are fully compliant regarding law and taxes and manage employees&039; taxes

HR Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR reports for both local government authorities and the Sweco group.
- Provide regular updates on key HR metrics to senior management and contribute insights to support strategic decision
- making.- HR Information Management
- Manage HR data and produce HR statistics/reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and reliability of HR data at all times

Performance Evaluation and Rewards Consultation:
- Design and implement an effective performance evaluation system to assess employee performance annually.
- Consult with the Board of Directors on the Compensation and Benefits package.
- Collaborate with department heads to evaluate performance and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors for year
- end rewards and recognition.- Provide direct support in performance management, disciplinary and employee relations issues
- Learning and Development
- Conducts appropriate induction and on
- board plan for new employees- Analyze training needs and implement an annual training plan

Talent Retention and Employee Branding:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent retention strategy to ensure the company attracts and retains top
- performing employees.- Design and implement fair compensation and benefits policy
- Formulate strategies for promoting the company&039;s employer brand through various channels.

Budget Management:

- Manage and propose budgets for all HR- related activities, including recruitment, training & development, retention initiatives, and salary/bonus structures.- Monitor and control HR expenditures to ensure they align with the approved budgets and Sweco’s goals.

Recruitment Support:
- Provide support for recruitment activities when needed.

Payroll Procedure Management:
- Manage and check payroll procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for monthly payroll and resolve any payroll
- related issues.
- Additional Tasks:
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by the line manager, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function.

- Ability to collaborate with cross
- functional teams and senior management.- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Have a strategic mindset, adaptability, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a multinational work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
- In
- depth knowledge of Labour Law, HR policies, and best practices.- Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
