**I. KEY JOB DUTIES**

**1. Learning & Development**

**Training program for fresher/ intern**
- Corporate to deliver Fresher/ Internship program
- Academy & teaching assistant for fresher/ internship program, learning hub
- Contribute to learning & development events & activities

**2. Talent Acquisition**
**Assist new staffs integration**
- Prepare onboarding package for new member & facilitate on onboarding process & probation follow
- Organize training new hire program as department needs
- Guide and help new employees integrate by facilitating onboarding process & probation follow

**Talent sourcing & recruitment**
- Building talent pool and sourcing CV
- Effectively use & evaluate recruitment channels
- Organize, participate in interviews and evaluate results

**Employer branding reputation**
- Corporate with team to deliver branding reputation on social channels
- Corporate and support on fresher/ internship program & related event

**II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTE**

**Knowledge**:

- 0.5 - 1 year of experience working in related roles
- Knowledge and/or experience of IT industry
- Education in Marketing, Business, IT Industry or a related field is a plus

**Skill**:

- Effective communication & negotiation
- Creativity, flexibility, proactive to work on start-up environment
- Problem
- solving skill
- Ability to use English skill in both writing and communication

**Ability**:

- Ability to work independently and a team player
- Time management, organizational, interpersonal skills
- Positive thinking & supportive
- Strong at building relationships with others
- Accountable and be hungry to learn new things, ability to self
- learning & researching

- Experience with organizing & operating internship/ fresher programs
- Experience in delivering & administering training programs
