We are looking for a **Client Solutions Manager**to strengthen our team in **Vietnam**where you will be representing**our partners**in the**local market.
As a **Client Solutions Manager** at **Aleph**, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success for our clients. You'll be their go-to expert, ensuring their campaigns achieve outstanding results. **What you'll do**:
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
- ** Campaign Strategy**: Develop and execute effective advertising strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging various digital platforms.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, creative, and technical departments, to deliver seamless campaign execution.
- ** Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table to enhance client success.
**What you need for this role**:
- 2-3 years proficiency in Account Management: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar.
- Expertise with online advertising, analytics, and social media.
- Outstanding knowledge of trends, markets, and opportunities.
- Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond.
- Detail-oriented and able to successfully manage and execute multiple cross-functional projects.
- Structured and analytical mindset.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
- Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English.
