- Proven track record of building and engaging online communities across various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Experience creating engaging social media content (text, images, videos).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of financial industry and product development (Stock, Crypto, FX)
