**Project Management**:

- Lead the implementation and coordination of digitalization projects and new technology initiatives such as AI, Machine Learning, etc., aimed at improving labor productivity and optimizing user experience.
- Develop detailed project plans and take responsibility for the project's success, including initiatives related to timelines, budget, resources, and scope. Proactively identify risks and issues, propose solutions to minimize them, and report to relevant management levels to ensure progress is in line with the plan.
- Prepare progress reports and project performance reports as required.

**Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- **Internal**: Work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Risk, Security, Legal, etc.) to decide on the design of solution features before deployment and ensure project effectiveness.
- **External Partners**: Serve as the main point of contact for liaising with external partners during the POC/Implementation phases within the project scope.
- Ensure regular reports are updated and fully submitted to management.

**Ad-hoc Responsibilities**:

- Develop initiatives and propose changes to improve systems and operations to enhance labor productivity for the bank, including the modeling steps (BRD, Mockups), testing, and implementation. Coordinate with operational units for user acceptance testing to ensure product requirements are met before release.
- Develop user manuals and work with communication and training teams to ensure user adoption and proper training.

**Job Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis (BA), Product Owner (PO), or Project Management (PM) in banks, financial companies, or large enterprises with a deep understanding of the financial banking sector, financial products, and systems operations.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work under high pressure.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present clearly.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. Strong presentation and slide preparation skills are essential.
