**Job description**:

- Working with customers, end users, and stakeholders to understand customer’s business processes, needs and requirements.
- Collaborating with clients and internal team to define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment;
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, resource requirements & activities.
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.
- Ensure development requirements are clear and technologically feasible on Jira tickets;
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to make sure the project/s run smoothly, ensuring alignment with project objectives;
- Collaborate with the development team to design content management systems (CMS) for project;
- Conduct regular team meetings and work closely with Tech Lead to provide updates, address concerns, and celebrate milestones;
- Supporting users for UAT.
- Creating manual guide for product and conducting demo to customers.
- Collaborate with the development team to design content management systems (CMS) for project;
- Manage the project delivery according to the planned schedule;
- And other tasks as assigned by the Management team.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Must have**:

- At least three years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Experience with Software Project workflow such as Jira
- Good understanding of UI/UX (web and mobile) and the website development process.
- Proficiency in English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience in writing clear and concise business requirements for process and technology

**Nice to have**:

- Experienced with the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Sketch.
- Having understanding and experience in MySQL and popular programming languages and frameworks like PHP, Wordpress, Shopify.
