**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for planning, management and execution of marketing activities for company’s lending business - company

Oversee key marketing functions such as PR, Branding, Trade Marketing, Partnership/Merchant Marketing and online marketing

Responsible to grow company Brand in operating locations

Ensure standard brand guideline are followed at all company channels and POS

Regularly PR company’s product and services, marketing campaigns, new initiatives, CSR activities.to enhance brand awareness and trust.

Track, Analyze and Optimize sales effectiveness of different sales channel, both offline and online

Lead new marketing projects such as customer data platform and marketing automation

Identify and source new partnerships to drive new traffic/data

Actively stay updated of latest market trends, competitors marketing strategies and initiatives

Improving the user experience on the Digital Sale Platform and company’s website(Includes design, content and usability), build capability on ASO, SEO, SEM, Mobile and Social Media Marketing

Creating Social Media Marketing, Branding, PR, Event strategies to create a brand name in Social Media and raise awareness about the brand and improve online traffic and lead capture through digital

Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.

Own and enhance owned media capabilities

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education qualification**: background in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business

**Experience**:
5+ years experience in Marketing or relevant experience, at least 02 year experiences at the same position or level

Previous marketing experience for a large retail chain is a plus

Proven track record in designing, implementing successful marketing programs or projects

Understands the needs of the Business & Customer, serves as liaison to ensure good strategic alignment of systems and strategies.

Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services

Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment.

Well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to judge competing priorities

Knowledge of mobile marketing

**Attitude**: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work and able to work under pressure.
