**Job description**:
The Associate Account Manager is responsible for supporting client relationships, managing day-to-day account activities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and campaigns. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and maintain strong relationships** with key decision-makers at the sourcing office to ensure smooth communication, identify and secure new business opportunities.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to secure new projects and items, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address concerns or issues promptly and effectively, working with internal teams as needed to find solutions.
- **Business Development**:Identify opportunities to sell additional products or categories to existing clients. Assist with scheduling client meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting outcomes.
- **Oversee the execution of new item launches and repeat orders**, ensuring quality, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Facilitate effective communication and collaboration** between US and Asia teams. Coordinate in-house factory communication and update new product development status
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales metrics, client feedback, and any issues or concerns. Alert if any risk or opportunities to management

**Salary**:$800-$1,000 USD/month + bonus KPI

**Requirement**:
Education: Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications,...

1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or related fields

Chinese verbal preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations

Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

**Reports To**: VP Global Business Development
