**Position Title: Associate Account Manager**

**Department: Sales Team**

**Reports To: VP Global Business Development**

**Location: Bình Thạnh, HCMC**

**Position Summary**:
The Associate Account Manager is responsible for supporting client relationships, managing day-to-day account activities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and campaigns. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and maintain strong relationships** with key decision-makers at the sourcing office to ensure smooth communication, identify and secure new business opportunities.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to secure new projects and items, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address concerns or issues promptly and effectively, working with internal teams as needed to find solutions.
- **Business Development**: Identify opportunities to sell additional products or categories to existing clients.Assist with scheduling client meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting outcomes.
- **Oversee the execution of new item launches and repeat orders**, ensuring quality, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Facilitate effective communication and collaboration** between US and Asia teams. Coordinate in-house factory communication and update new product development status
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales metrics, client feedback, and any issues or concerns. **Alert**if any risk or opportunities to management

**#Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- C1 (advanced) English written and verbal required.
- Chinese verbal required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Microsoft**:Excell, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams skills**:

- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Quick thinking and eager to learn

**#Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Account Revenue Growth
- Account Margin Profitability Rate
- Client satisfaction scores
- Timely delivery of projects and services.

**#Work Environment**:

- Primarily office-based but requires travel, 4x per month inside Vietnam and SEA to meet clients and factories.
- Regular meetings with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

**#Salary**:

- Salary $800-$1,000 USD/month depending on experience
- KPI Bonus based on Revenue/Profitability

Pay: 20,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫ per month
