**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The role, as a part of SSC (Centre of Excellence),
- Handling invoice bookings and entering data to guarantee timely and effective completion of all transactions related to purchases.
- Maintain accounts payables and cost of goods sold accounting records for regional corporate entities, including reconciliation of system interfaces, preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules, and analysis of cost reasonableness.
- Handles the booking of retail transactions from the platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada)
- Receive, prepare, verify, and process sales orders and sales invoices.
- Assist senior accountant with Master Files development and maintenance (i.e product master/vendors/ brand partners/ ecommerce platforms/customers).
- Handling supporting documentation related to AP.
- Independently and effectively works with company operational staff and others to assure the proper and timely submission of invoices.
- Work collaboratively with the Platform POC to rectify platform accounting logic/ issues that have an impact on accounting operations.
- Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators for the accounts payable accounting function.
- Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Head/ Head of SSC.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A degree in accounting, auditing, and finance.
- NetSuite experience
- Experience in trading or retail business is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheets and able to handle large amounts of data.
- Familiarity with queries in Power Query, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.
- Meticulous, organized and detail-oriented
- Hardworking and proactive.
- Effective communication and strong work ethic.
- Being good at English is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, plan personal workloads, and delegate effectively.
