**AP ACCOUNT ASSISTANT**:
**Major Accountabilities**
- Input invoices into ERP (M3) system on time
- Manage account payable using ERP (M3) system to ensure that there are no issues pending in outstanding balances due to/from vendors
- Reconcile AP balance in routine and verify differences (if any)
- Manage relationship with vendors and ensure on-time payment for suppliers
- Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as: checking relevant documents to ensure that they are compliant with Company policy and current effective regulation and standards; recording entries on timely basis; filing and archiving documents into Proxess on time
- Reconcile AP breakdown with TB before and after revaluation
- Send AP confirmations and reconcile with supplier to ensure no differences in AP outstanding balance
- Complete steps in AP side for month-close process
- Propose improvements in AP process to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Internal control system
- Support FM and General accounting team to prepare data and documents for statutory audit and tax audit
- Other Adhoc as per assigned by direct supervisor and line manager

**Job Specifications**
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
- Fresh graduates or 1 year of working experience in the relavant position
- Good English communication in both verbal and written skills
- Basic understanding of Tax and Accounting, fraud risk managment, accounting standards, and tax compliance and controversy management
- Good at Microsoft offices, especially with Word, Excel, and Power Point
