We are seeking a talented and self-driven Product Lead to join our team of tech professionals and play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our All-in-One assessment, training, hiring and retention platform powered by data analytics and AI. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development and integration of various systems, including a Learning Management System (LMS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), assessment tools, and employer branding products.

Your expertise in product management, and stakeholder management will be essential in driving the success of our All-in-One platform and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer requirements, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and data analysts, to define product requirements, features, and functionalities.
- Translate business and user requirements into clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with strategic goals and customer priorities.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases, coordinating efforts and managing dependencies.
- Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to inform product improvements and drive continuous iteration and enhancement.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and quality assurance to validate product functionality and usability.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategy and support product launches and promotions.
- Monitor product performance and usage metrics, analyze data, and derive insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and business analysis.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision, roadmap, and updates.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners for product integration and external collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, preferably in the software industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, business analysis techniques, and software development processes.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), assessment tools, or related HR technology products is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and translate complex requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Strong product management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed product decisions.
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering value and enhancing customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
