**Your Job***:

- As the Fit and Wear Test Lead, Asia you will work directly with the Asia Footwear Development & Sourcing teams to coordinate and conduct runner-centric footwear product testing including perception, fit and wear testing. You will contribute detailed, runner lead information and points of view to inform key footwear manufacturing, development, and performance decisions. This role will act as an information liaison between our multi-departmental infrastructure including Development and Sourcing, ensuring the performance integrity of our product carries through into mass production and meets the needs of our end consumers. Strong attention to detail, presentational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced working environment are vital to the success of this position.

**Your Responsibilities***:

- Conduct Brooks product fit evaluations with testers to ensure product quality standards and runner expectations are met based on the fit, feel and ride performance criteria throughout the product creation and validation process.
- Build and maintain database of Asia fit/wear testers capturing runner profiles and product preferences.
- Ensure participant recruitment aligns with product objectives and target consumer using your knowledge of the full product line and how each product is unique from one another.
- Recruit relevant, reliable runners for each test. Work with product teams to understand product functionality to ensure the correct wear tester is assigned to the correct test product.
- Update wear tester information and product information in the Wear Testing database.
- Work with Development, Sourcing and Quality to implement proper corrective action plans upon test fails to ensure quick and timely resolutions.

Analyze qualitative fit/wear test feedback and summarize analysis via reports that communicate production, development, and manufacturing performance to the Asia/HQ Footwear Development and Sourcing Team.
- Provide footwear leadership team with quality assurance and wear test data used to make crucial decisions regarding the manufacturing, development, and distribution of inline footwear.

Collaborate with the Run Research, Asia Footwear Development, and Sourcing Team to build the infrastructure and standard operating procedures for a Wear & Fit Test Program in Asia.

Ensure fit/wear test surveys produce effective, usable results that inform sample & production quality and consistency across all factories.

Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure the manufacturer meets spec requirements.

Align with Asia Footwear Development and Sourcing to communicate testing capacity and establish seasonal product priorities.

Analyze broader datasets to evaluate factory performance and communicate findings to Asia Development and Sourcing teams.

Maintain clean and organize fit/wear testing environment, cycling product in and out quickly once testing is complete and results are finalized.

Develop, organize, and lead sample shipment process.
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements to ensure an efficient testing cycle in Asia.
- Build capabilities and educate internal stakeholders on fit validation.

**Qualifications***:

- Bachelor’s degree with a background in Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Engineering and/or Exercise Science or an equivalent analytical field preferred, but not required.
- Ideally 1+ years’ experience in product creation or running retail.
- Understanding of footwear components, materials, and production processes is preferred.
- Ability to work professionally and efficiently with cross-collaborative departments including Development and Sourcing
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment, anticipating and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Strong verbal and written skills in English
- Knowledge of Vietnamese and/or Chinese is considered a strong plus.
- A positive attitude with a passion for product evaluation and a willingness to explore new ways to achieve testing goals more efficiently.
