Product Analyst Lead

Cho Tot is looking for a seasoned Product Analyst Lead who can seamlessly blend hands-on analytics with team leadership. In this role, you will spend around 80% of your time conducting in-depth data analysis and driving product insights in partnership with Chotot’s product managers and strategy leaders, and 20% mentoring and coaching junior product analysts to grow their expertise.

This position is ideal for an emerging Product analytic leader or someone who has previously led data analytic projects and is now ready to expand their leadership responsibilities to also include growing team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hands-On Analysis**
- Develop deep understanding of the product and business domain in order to translate analysis objectives into data analytics tasks such as collect, organize, and analyze large data sets to uncover product trends, validated learnings from data insights and user behavior insights.
- Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor product performance for all Chotot.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and research teams to define analytical requirements, conduct A/B tests, and inform product roadmaps.
- Leverage data analytic platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and data processing programming languages such as SQL, Python, plus visualization tools to conduct rigorous data analysis and present insights and propose actions.

**Leadership & Mentorship**
- Oversee small product analytic team, ensuring successful delivery of analytical objectives.
- Coach and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Set goals and provide feedback support to help team members deliver the expected outcome and refine their analytical skills and methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product analytics or data analysis, with a track record of driving insights that shape product strategy, having more than 4 years of experience in the field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, Python, GA4, Google Tag Manager).
- Strong proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and statistical methods (A/B testing, modeling).
- Demonstrated leadership skills or prior experience guiding small teams or projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of translating complex data findings into actionable insights.
- Passionate about mentorship, with a commitment to helping junior team members develop and succeed.
- Prior experience in a product analytic role for a digital native product company is a plus.
