**Mô tả công việc**
- **Job Description**_
- Build a positive working environment
- Maintain salary and benefit plan
- Ensure compliance with the law in human resource management activities
- Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
- Contract Preparation: probation contract, labor contract.
- Personnel Administration Collect employee's documents and keep them in employee profile.
- Support HR operation for payroll, compensation, benefits, leave, PIT, social insurance., etc.
- Alert contract expires and prepare contract renewal to Dept., Head.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

- **Requirements**_

1. Trình độ học vấn, kinh nghiệm
- Academic level/ Experience_
- Have at least 5years of experience in HR, preferably in a foreign company
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of Labor law
- Good at English skills (writing, speaking, listening and reading)
- Good at MS office as word, excel
- Very good communication skills, interpersonal skill, proactive and high responsible person

2. Mức lương
- Salary_
- Range: 800-1500$
- Basic salary will be revised every year basing on your performance
- Attractive bonus every year: up to result of company and your performance, it will be decided and paid twice a year in April and December as Company regulation.
- Social insurance (from 100% gross salary)
- Annual leave (paid leave): 12 days/year
- Overtime paid if applied and approved.
- Allowance: telephone, business trip, motorbike parking fee
- Flexible working time: From 7:00AM - 08:30AM To 4:00PM - 05:30PM, Monday-Friday
