**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:
**Quản lý triển khai các hợp đồng dịch vụ hỗ trợ kỹ thuật**
- Mục tiêu chung:
Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo các dự án, hợp đồng dịch vụ hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, dịch vụ bảo hành bảo trì, cung cấp cho khách hàng được cung cấp theo đúng thỏa thuận, tuân thủ cam kết chất lượng dịch vụ (SLA).

Nâng cao vị thế, vai trò và uy tín trong việc hỗ trợ khách hàng và đảm bảo sự yên tâm của khách hàng khi sử dụng các sản phẩm dịch vụ của công ty.
- Mục tiêu cụ thể:
Xây dựng, tối ưu quy trình hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, quy trình bảo hành bảo trì, quy trình quản trị dự án hỗ trợ.

Quản trị, điều phối, vận hành hệ thống quản lý ticket của công ty để kịp thời tiếp nhận, xử lý, thông báo các sự cố trên các hệ thống, sản phẩm của công ty đã triển khai cho khách hàng một cách hiệu quả nhất, tuân thủ đúng cam kết chất lượng dịch vụ (SLA).

Thực hiện quản trị triển khai các dự án hỗ trợ kỹ thuật (từ kickoff dự án, dự trù chi phí, nguồn lực, kế hoạch triển khai, thực hiện, báo cáo, nghiệm thu kết thúc hợp đồng).

Báo cáo công việc hỗ trợ định kỳ cho quản lý cấp trên, chủ động đưa ra các đề xuất, sáng kiến để ngày càng nâng cao chất lượng công việc hỗ trợ kỹ thuật.

Tập hợp số liệu, báo cáo theo sản phẩm để cung cấp, phối hợp với bộ phận R&D tối ưu sản phẩm trong quá trình thực tế sử dụng.**Đảm nhiệm công tác tư vấn/ bán hàng dịch vụ**- Phối hợp với bộ phận kinh doanh để tư vấn dịch vụ cung cấp cho khách hàng.- Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến dự án hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, dịch vụ để hoàn thiện hồ sơ dự thầu.- Phối hợp và thảo luận các giải pháp kỹ thuật với chuyên gia kỹ thuật của nhà cung cấp/nội bộ**Quan hệ đối tác, hãng**- Xây dựng, duy trì mối quan hệ với các đối tác, hãng chiến lược phục vụ công tác hỗ trợ kỹ thuật.
- Phối hợp với phòng ban khác trong công ty thực hiện tổ chức các công tác, hoạt động, sự kiện với hãng liên quan tới công việc dịch vụ.

**YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN**:
- Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành liên quan kinh doanh, công nghệ thông tin, viễn thông- Có 02-05 năm KN trong lĩnh vực Quản lý dự án hỗ trợ kỹ thuật lĩnh vực CNTT/Viễn thông.- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc và điều phối các dự án CNTT với các khách hàng viễn thông, giao thông, quân đội, công an, BQP.- Am hiểu về các sản phẩm/dịch vụ CNTT/Viễn thông, Quản lý dự án, hợp đồng, lập kế hoạch dự án, điều phối nhân sự, quản lý chi phí, quản lý rủi ro.- Giao tiếp tốt, trách nhiệm, làm việc nhóm tốt, có tinh thần học hỏi- Khả năng làm chủ và xử lý được các tình huống trong quá trình Quản lý dự án.- Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ ITIL hoặc tương đương.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp, Toeic Min 500
