- Chịu trách nhiệm trước Trưởng phòng PVHK trong giám sát việc cung cấp các dịch vụ và các hoạt động liên quan đến phục vụ hành khách, hành lý của hành khách đi tàu bay, đối với các chuyến bay đi/đến của Vietjet tại sân bay
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng PVHK triển khai các phương án, kế hoạch, quyết định mới từ Trưởng phòng PVHK đến các bộ phận liên quan trong phạm vị quản lý của mình
- Theo chỉ đạo của Trưởng phòng, hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng trong việc giám sát phân công lịch công tác cho nhân viên của các Đội trưởng phục vụ hành khách, nhằm đảm bảo nhân sự phù hợp theo quy định của Trung tâm
- Thay mặt Trưởng phòng làm việc với nhà chức trách sân bay hay cơ quan quản lý nhà nước khi được ủy quyền
- Xây dựng đơn vị thông qua việc đóng góp ý kiến và thực hành các cải tiến chất lượng phù hợp với định hướng của Trung tâm
- Có trách nhiệm xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp đề cao tinh thần đồng đội và trách nhiệm cá nhân. Nâng cao & truyền bá rộng rãi văn hóa, hình ảnh của Vietjet Air tại địa phương đó, trong đó bao gồm cả văn hóa cung cấp dịch vụ, cách thức hoạt động và tính an toàn cao
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng trong việc kiểm soát qui trình phục vụ theo đúng tiêu chuẩn công việc đảm bảo hoạt động của đơn vị đạt hiệu quả cao nhất
- Sẵn sàng tham gia hướng dẫn đào tạo chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên cấp dưới khi được yêu cầu nhằm hạn chế những sai sót trong quá trình phục vụ
- Tham mưu cho Trưởng phòng trong việc lập kế hoạch, phân tích hoạt động của các Phòng nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ cung ứng
- Giám sát sự tuân thủ các quy trình, quy định của các cấp nhân viên trong thẩm quyền quản lý của mình
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng trong việc giám sát và đảm bảo nhân viên nghiêm túc thực hiện vệ sinh an toàn lao động tại nơi làm việc theo quy định
- Báo cáo hoạt động của các phòng hàng tuần, hàng tháng lên Trưởng phòng PVHK nhằm đưa ra biện pháp chấn chỉnh kịp thời những sai sót đã hoặc có thể xảy ra
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thưc hiện nhiệm vụ được giao luôn đạt hiệu quả cao nhất

- _Be accountable to the Passenger Services Manager (PSM) for supervising the provision of services and operations related to passenger services and baggage handling for Vietjet’s departure and arrival flights at the airport _
- _Support the PSM in implementing new strategies, plans, and decisions by communicating these to relevant departments within the scope of management _
- _Under the direction of the PSM, partake in supervising the work rosters of Passenger Services Team Leaders to ensure appropriate staffing according to VJGS's regulations _
- _Act on behalf of the PSM in liaising with airport authorities and government representatives when authorized _
- _Contribute to building the unit by providing feedback and implementing quality improvements in alignment with VJGS's orientation _
- _Take over creating a professional work environment that emphasizes teamwork and individual responsibility. Besides, promote and enhance the image and culture of Vietjet Air locally, including service culture, operational practices, and high safety standards _
- _Assist the PSM in monitoring service procedures in compliance with work standards, ensuring the team's best performance _
- _Be willing to participate in the training and professional development of new and lower-level staff when required to minimize the possible mistakes during processing passenger services _
- _Advise the PSM in planning and analyzing department activities to ensure safety and enhance service quality _
- _Supervise staff compliance with VJGS procedures and policies within your management authority _
- _Support the PSM in monitoring and ensuring occupational health and safety standards are always met in the workplace _
- _Provide weekly and monthly reports on department activities to the PSM to timely address and correct occurred problems and possible ones _
- _Coordinate with related departments to ensure the efficient completion of assigned tasks_
