- Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các dịch vụ liên quan đến phục vụ hành khách và các hoạt động liên quan đến phục vụ hành lý của hành khách đi tàu bay, đối với các chuyến bay đi và đến của Vietjet tại sân bay.
- Căn cứ vào lịch bay trong ca trực, phân công công tác cho nhân viên trong ca đảm bảo nhân sự phù hợp theo quy định của Trung tâm.
- Xây dựng đơn vị thông qua việc đóng góp ý kiến và thực hành các cải tiến chất lượng phù hợp với định hướng, chỉ đạo của các cấp lãnh đạo.
- Có trách nhiệm xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp đề cao tinh thần đồng đội và trách nhiệm cá nhân.
- Giám sát sự tuân thủ qui định phục vụ của nhân viên trong ca trực theo đúng tiêu chuẩn công việc đảm bảo an ninh an toàn trong công tác phục vụ
- Tham gia hướng dẫn đào tạo chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên cấp dưới nhằm hạn chế những sai sót trong quá trình phục vụ
- Tuân thủ nội quy, quy định của Công ty cũng như của Trung tâm.
- Nghiêm túc thực hiện, tuân thủ tuyệt đối các yêu cầu về an toàn, an ninh đối với nhân viên cũng như đối với hành khách đi tàu bay.
- Thực hiện các công việc trên chính xác theo các quy trình, hướng dẫn của Công ty và Trung tâm một cách chuyên nghiệp.
- Tham mưu cho cấp trên trong việc lập kế hoạch, phân tích hoạt động của đội nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ cung ứng
- Giữ gìn tài sản, trang thiết bị của đơn vị.
- Giám sát sự tuân thủ các quy trình quy định của nhân viên trong ca trực của mình
- Đảm bảo thực hiện tốt vệ sinh an toàn lao động tại nơi làm việc.
- Báo cáo hoạt động của đội nhóm hàng tuần, hàng tháng lên cấp trên nhằm chấn chỉnh kịp thời những sai sót có thể xảy ra
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thưc hiện nhiệm vụ được giao luôn đạt hiệu quả cao
- Thực hiện các công việc khác, công việc đột xuất do cấp trên giao.
- _Responsible for implementation services which are related to customer services, baggage service operations of departure/arrival VJA flights. _
- _Assign the tasks for the staff in a shift based on the flight schedule to assure suitable positions for staff according to VJGS regulations. _
- _Maintains & develops the service quality through feedback contribution & implements quality improvements in line with the orientation of the Management level. _
- _Responsible for building up a professional working environment, enhancing teamwork & personal responsibilities. _
- _Control the service procedures based on the work standard to assure safety, security, and the quality of the team’s activities. _
- _Participate in guiding, training the new staff and the lower level staff in order to limit the possible mistakes during the service process. _
- _Comply with policies of VJGS as well as the Company. _
- _Strictly comply & follow up the policies, procedures of safety & security as well as the passenger. _
- _Comply with procedures, job guidance of the company & execute all tasks above. _
- _(Assist manager in planning, evaluating the team’s activities to maintain safety and develop the service quality.) _
- _Maintaining & preserving the department’s equipment, devices. _
- _Supervising the compliance of staffs with procedures, policies of company _
- _Maintaining occupational health & safety in the working area. _
- _Weekly, monthly report the team’s activities for managers in order to timely correct the possible mistakes.) _
- _(Coordinate with the related divisions to assure the the quality of the assigned tasks) _
- _Execute other tasks as assigned by supervisor or upper-level manager.**Requirements**:

- Tuổi từ 22 đến 40

**1. Học vấn**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên

**2. Kinh nghiệm**:

- Có ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành hàng không.

**3. Ngoại ngữ**:

- Tiếng Anh, chứng chỉ Toeic từ 600 điểm trở lên (hoặc các chứng chỉ quốc tế tương đương) hoặc tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học chuyên ngành tiếng Anh; Ưu tiên ứng viên biết thêm một ngoại ngữ khác (Hoa, Nhật, Hàn v.v )
