**1. Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing product strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Identify customer needs and propose improvements to enhance user experience, prioritising features and backlog
- Coordinate between product, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery
- Research competitor products and solutions for insights and innovation;
- Keeping stakeholders informed of documents, relevant development progress, and timelines.
- Support product launches through content creation, messaging, and campaign management.

**2. Requirements**:
**Must have**:

- **At least 6 months** of Product experience and a strong marketing mindset;
- Knowledge of software product development process, especially requirement analysis, user experience analysis;
- Basic knowledge of marketing, and e-commerce
- Good at English communication skills (verbal and written);
- Knowledge of wire-framing software such as Figma, Axure, Invision, Balsamiq, etc ;
- Able to produce wireframes and specs related;
**Nice to have**:

- Good at presentation, reporting & time management skills;
- Tech savvy, interested in new technologies, passionate about software products;
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills;
- Passionate, creative, and eager to learn;
**The interview process consists of 2 rounds**:

- Round 1: Writing test;
- Round 2: Interview.

**3. Compensation & Benefits**
- **Salary: 9 million - 12 million (Net);**:

- Working from Monday - Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM, no OT;
- Performance bonus, 13th
- month salary, public holidays bonus ( 30/4, 1/5, 2/9,1/1); bonus for Excellent Employee and Excellent Team;
- Comprehensive insurance package including social, health, unemployment, and Bao Viet care insurance;
- Work performance review 2 times/ year (in May and November);
- 01 hour paid leave per day for women having children under 12 months;

- 12 - 18 days full paid leave/year;
