Responsible for and ensuring the cost of ingredients, labor costs, and all expenses of the department.
- Direct the review of existing processes and procedures based on process improvement assessments.
- Promote the review and development of new recipes.
- Direct and oversee all culinary activities, including but not limited to the preparation and production of all meals, food quality and presentation, compliance with safety and sanitation standards, productivity and performance of team members, implementation of policies and procedures, and overall cost and profit control.
- Determine food quality, portion standards, and presentation of dishes.
- Evaluate profitability and costs for all food production operations, updating changes and market trends to ensure all items are sold at the best possible prices.
- Promote adherence to personal hygiene, food, and beverage standards.
- Promote compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding food and beverage safety.
- Conduct evaluations of team members; coach and counsel team members as needed.
- Establish customer service standards for staff to enhance the organization’s customer experience goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the position of Executive Chef.
- Degree/certificate of professional qualification (required).
- Good communication skills in English.

Pay: 120,000,000₫ - 300,000,000₫ per month
